Welcome to ResortINC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services and content offered on resort-inc.com. By accessing or using any offering from ResortINC, including courses, workshops, coaching, or products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered

ResortINC provides spiritual growth courses and workshops tailored for entrepreneurs and executives. Offerings include live group sessions, retreats, one-on-one coaching, and related programs designed to foster personal development and leadership skills.

3. Digital Courses and Materials

Digital courses consist of online modules, video lessons, downloadable guides, and supplementary resources delivered via our secure online platform.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include curated spiritual kits, printed workbooks, and relevant books shipped directly to your address.

5. Enrollment and Payment

All fees are due in full prior to enrollment. Payments are processed through approved third-party services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

6. Cancellation and Modifications

To request a change to your scheduled service or program, please submit your request via Contact Form at least 24 hours before the start time. Approved modifications are subject to availability and may incur scheduling constraints.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

If you wish to seek reimbursement for service fees, submit your request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Requests made less than 48 hours before the service or in case of absence are not eligible due to resource commitments.

Certain offerings, such as one-on-one coaching and retreat programs, involve individualized preparation. These are exempt from any reimbursement once preparatory materials have been created or personalized planning has begun.

You may request to reschedule a live session up to 24 hours before start. Rescheduling is complimentary and subject to availability.

7.2 Digital Courses and Materials

Our digital content carries a seven-day satisfaction guarantee. If you determine the materials do not meet your expectations, submit a reimbursement request within seven days of initial access. After this period, no reimbursement will be granted.

7.3 Physical Goods

Unused physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Items must remain in original condition and packaging. To initiate a shipping process, submit a request via Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, you will be reimbursed for the product cost within 15 business days. Shipping charges are not reimbursable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by ResortINC remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, disrupt operations, or infringe on the rights of others. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

10. Limitation of Liability

ResortINC is not liable for indirect or incidental harm arising from your use of our offerings. Our maximum aggregate obligation under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering at issue.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
